Under the Individuals with Disabilities Education Act and other federal laws, public school districts must make a free appropriate public education available to eligible children with disabilities, ages 3 through 21. The types of disabilities covered include autism, deaf-blindness, developmental delays, emotional disturbance, hearing impairment including deafness, intellectual disabilities, multiple disabilities, orthopedic impairments, other health impairments, specific learning disabilities, speech or language impairments, traumatic brain injury, and visual impairment including blindness. The Braggs Public Schools is trying to find children ages 3 through 21 who may have disabilities and who are not currently receiving services. If you would like further information or know of a child who may have a disability who is living in the Braggs Public Schools District, please contact Mr. Broyles at 918-487-5265. (2013-2014)

Notice of Non-Discrimination

It is the policy of Braggs Public School District No. 51I046 not to discriminate on the basis of race, color,
national origin, sex, disability, or age in its programs, services, and activities as required by Title VI of
the Civil Rights Act of 1964, Section 504 of the Rehabilitation Act of 1973, Title II of the Americans with
Disabilities Act of 1990, Title IX of the Education Amendments of 1972, and the Age Discrimination Act

programs. If you have questions please contact Michael Broyles at Braggs Public Schools. We encourage
all parents to be involved in their child’s education. As a parent you have the right to request information
about all our highly qualified personnel. Our goal is consistent school improvement.
